• Making sure decisions made by the Plenary are carried out
• Keeping the PPN running smoothly between Plenary meetings
• Organizing PPN activities and regularly updating Member Groups
• Keeping accurate records, like meeting minutes and agenda
• Managing all correspondence for the PPN and supporting PPN Workers in their roles
• Acting as the main point of contact for the PPN with groups like the Local Authority, the Department of Rural and Community Development, and other PPNs
